Context
The national team has not played in Haiti since July 2021; the FHF and the government aimed at Cap-Haïtien's Parc Saint-Victor for September 2026, but the works Concacaf requires (lighting, pitch, spaces for officials and press, security) were not done. On 22 October 2026 Concacaf agreed, exceptionally and match by match, that Haiti may play "home" games in the opponent's territory: the first leg against the United States will be at Nu Stadium in Miami on 14 November; the World Cup qualifiers were played in Curaçao, Aruba and Barbados, and the FHF says renting stadiums abroad is costly.
