The electoral decree

The electoral decree of 2 June 2026 (Le Moniteur special no. 27), amended on 2 July and 6 October 2026, regulates polls and forecasts. This site is not a poll and publishes no forecast of election results. No question is about candidates.

As a precaution, results for "elections" questions are hidden from the eve of the vote until polls close (Article 217), and we publish our method and our funding sources (in the spirit of Article 216).

During the campaign

The first-round campaign is scheduled for 15 April – 17 July 2027 (CEP calendar of 28 October 2026). During that period every "elections" question gets a second review, and we accept no funding from candidates, parties or any foreign government.

Other rules

WhatsApp communications follow Meta’s rules (opt-in, approved message templates). Radio partnerships follow CONATEL rules. When a rule is unclear we say so and seek advice rather than assume.
